Xinlv Intelligence ships to businesses worldwide. As a B2B supplier, we offer flexible shipping options to accommodate different order sizes, urgency levels, and budget requirements.
Shipping Methods
Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) — 25-45 days. Most cost-effective for bulk orders.
Air Freight — 5-10 days. For urgent orders and lightweight items.
Express Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) — 3-7 days. Door-to-door, trackable.
Rail Freight — 15-25 days. Balance of speed and cost for Europe/Central Asia.
Processing Time
In-stock items: 3-5 business days
Standard production: 7-15 business days
Custom/OEM orders: 15-30 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in product prices unless otherwise stated in your quotation. Freight charges are calculated based on product weight, volume, destination, and selected shipping method. We provide FOB (Nanjing/Shanghai) pricing by default. CIF, DDP, and other Incoterms available upon request.
Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their destination country. We provide necessary documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.
