Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, and Letters of Credit for large orders. Standard terms are 30% deposit plus 70% before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

How do you ship orders?
We offer sea freight, air freight, express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), and rail freight. The best method depends on your order size and urgency.

How long does shipping take?
Express: 3-7 days. Air: 5-10 days. Rail: 15-25 days. Sea: 25-45 days. Production time is additional.

Quality & Warranty

What warranty do you offer?
Complete UAVs and robot mowers: 12 months. Batteries and components: 6 months. Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
