Quality Guarantee
All Xinlv Intelligence products undergo strict quality testing before shipment. We are committed to delivering products that meet the specifications and performance standards stated in your order confirmation.
Warranty Period
Complete UAV Systems — 12 months from delivery date
Robot Lawn Mowers — 12 months from delivery date
Drone Batteries — 6 months from delivery date
Other Components (Motors, ESC, Propellers, etc.) — 6 months from delivery date
EV Charging Equipment — 12 months from delivery date
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and performance failures under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
Defective Products
Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the shipment with photos or videos documenting the defect. Our technical team will assess the report within 3 business days. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will ship a replacement or arrange a repair at our cost.
Damage in Transit
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or OEM/ODM products manufactured to buyer specifications (unless defective). Products that have been disassembled, modified, or misused. Products returned without prior authorization.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
